Two Box Translation was founded in 2019 in southern Louisiana, a region with one of the most linguistically diverse populations in the country -- Spanish, French Creole, Vietnamese, and Haitian Creole communities have been part of this area for generations. That context shaped how we think about translation.
We work primarily with law firms, healthcare providers, immigration attorneys, and businesses that need reliable multilingual communication. These are high-stakes contexts where an inaccurate translation has real consequences. We are not a mass-market translation platform. We are a translation agency that manages projects and stands behind the work.
Every project is managed by a human. We do not use automated routing to the cheapest available translator. We review requests, make judgment calls about who is best qualified for each document type, and confirm scope before work begins. The name "Two Box" is a reminder of what translation actually is: a source text and a target text, and the professional process in between.
