When you request a quote, use the contact form, or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, company name (if provided), and the content of documents you submit for translation.
Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not receive, store, or process your card details. Stripe is responsible for payment data security under their own Privacy Policy and PCI DSS compliance program.
Our server logs IP addresses, browser type, and page visits for security and diagnostic purposes. This data is retained for 30 days.
Documents you submit for translation are treated as strictly confidential. They are shared only with the translator assigned to your project. Medical documents are handled under HIPAA-aware practices. We do not use client documents for any purpose other than the translation requested. We do not use client content to train machine learning systems.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information held by us. Email hello@twoboxtranslation.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Fonts for typography. Both services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
