These Terms govern all services provided by Two Box Translation, 1180 Madrid Avenue, St. Gabriel, Louisiana 70776, USA. By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
Two Box Translation provides translation, localization, and related language services. All deliverables are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
An order is confirmed when Stripe processes your payment. You must be 18 or older to order. By completing checkout you represent that your information is accurate and that you accept these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Each project is delivered according to the package and scope confirmed at order. Changes to word count, language pairs, or document type after payment may require a supplemental quote. We notify you before any additional charges are incurred.
Delivery timelines start from receipt of complete source files, not from payment date. Timelines are confirmed in writing at project kickoff. If we anticipate a delay, we notify you at least 12 business hours in advance.
Revision rounds are provided as specified per package. Revision rounds expire 60 days after delivery. Requests that change the meaning or purpose of the translation beyond the original scope are treated as new work.
We treat all submitted documents as confidential. Translators sign non-disclosure agreements before accessing client materials. Medical documents are handled under HIPAA-aware protocols.
Upon full payment, all rights to the translated content transfer to you. You retain all rights to your source documents. We retain the right to reference the general nature of our client work (not content) for business development purposes.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project at issue. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to missed deadlines caused by client delays in providing source files.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Iberville Parish, Louisiana.
